Karina González

Karina Gonzalez has been part of Iskali since 2017, when she attended her Initiation Retreat and experienced a pivotal encounter with Christ. Since then, she has served as a guide, community coordinator, and General Assessor, and today she is one of the coordinators of Iskali’s Consecrated Community. During her time as General Assessor, Karina helped develop Iskali’s statutes, procedures, and training programs, while working closely with coordinators and communities across the organization.Her leadership has focused not only on growth and structure but also on uplifting the gifts of others and building leaders rooted in faith. Inspired by the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Guadalupe, Karina strives to lead with humility, compassion, and strength. She remains deeply committed to empowering young adults to serve, lead, and transform their communities through faith, purpose, and love.
