Carolina Nevarez is a Human Resources Specialist in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to supporting Hispanic employee communities and fostering inclusive workplaces that balance organizational success with personal growth. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. Caro’s journey with Iskali began at a young age and became a cornerstone of her personal and spiritual growth. Through fundraising, organizing formation programs, serving in missionary work, and studying biblical interpretation, she gained leadership experience and a deeper relationship with Christ.  Yet the greatest gift she received was the lesson of simplicity—recognizing that joy and holiness are often found in the ordinary, and that Christ is most visible through actions rooted in love, compassion, and sincerity. For Caro, the principles learned through Iskali continue to guide both her work and personal life. She strives to encounter others with empathy, believing that true impact comes from walking alongside people rather than ahead of them.
