Deborah Sánchez

Deborah Sanchez serves as the Administrative Manager at AllSaints Distribution Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, where she provides support across operations, logistics, and human resources. Known for her ability to connect people and processes, she strives to ensure that those around her feel valued, supported, and empowered. Her journey with Iskali began in 2021 when she attended her Initiation Retreat, a transformative experience that deepened her relationship with God and called her into servant leadership. Since then, she has been part of Iskali’s mission in many ways from serving as Community Coordinator to now being a member of the Community of Consecrated Members, the Board of Directors, and the General Council. Passionate about walking with young people in their faith journeys, Deborah lives by the mission to “lead with humility and love.” Her ministry is marked by compassion, authenticity, and a deep desire to help others recognize their dignity as beloved children of God. For Deborah, one of the greatest joys of Iskali has been witnessing its growth into a thriving community that empowers young Latinos to live out their faith with courage and conviction. She continues to dedicate her life to this mission, striving always to reflect God’s love and to remind others that His grace will never abandon them.
