Israel David Carranza

Israel David Carranza is a proud son of immigrant parents, he grew up with a deep love for God and a living faith. At just 16, he began preaching across the Midwest and soon found a spiritual home in Iskali after attending his Initiation Retreat in 2017. Since then, he has been part of Iskali’s mission from its early days, from fixing up retreat trailers to helping build the Iskali Retreat House. Passionate about serving young adults, Israel lives by the mission to “change the world one soul at a time. His ministry is marked by sacrificial service, a devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe, and a commitment to making every person feel seen, known, and loved by God. For Israel, one of the greatest joys of Iskali has been witnessing its growth from a few friends with a dream to a thriving community that empowers young Latinos in faith and leadership. He continues to dedicate his life to this mission, striving always to lead with humility and to remind others that true freedom is found in living for others.
