Mireya Guzmán
Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Junior Board

Mireya Guzmán is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Iskali’s Junior Board. Born in Mexico and a proud first-generation college graduate, she joined Iskali in 2015 after attending her Initiation Retreat. After graduating from Dominican University and starting her career in finance, Mireya felt called to give back by creating the Junior Board, a space for young professionals to lead, serve, and advance Iskali’s mission. Passionate about mentoring young Latinos, she inspires others to pursue their dreams, lean on their faith, and grow into the best version of themselves. Her leadership is rooted in prayer, reflective journaling, and a belief that true leadership means lifting others up and ensuring they feel seen and supported. For Mireya, one of the greatest joys of Iskali is witnessing young adults come together to support one another and serve their community. She continues to dedicate her time and energy to the organization because she has seen how it empowers young Latinos to grow in faith and become transformative leaders.
