Many young Latinos are the first in their families to navigate college and
professional careers. Without a clear roadmap, finding guidance and
support can feel overwhelming.

The Iskali Mentorship Program bridges that gap by connecting
students with experienced Latino professionals who share similar
backgrounds and experiences. Through meaningful one-on-one
relationships, mentors offer guidance, encouragement, and practical
advice to help young adults grow in confidence, expand their networks,
and pursue their dream goals.
