7. Zero Tolerance Policy
Iskali does not tolerate any form of abuse, exploitation or harassment.
Any mistreatment by staff, participants or volunteers will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or volunteer service.
In cases involving potential criminal misconduct, Iskali will report the incident to the appropriate municipal, state or federal authorities, as required by law.
